- Sirloin Steak/Knucle about 350-500 gms
- Butter 28 gms
- Onions 1 large
- Cream 1/4 cup
- Whisky few tablespoons 🙂
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Cut up the beef into thin strips. Chop the onion. Melt the butter and fry the onions and beef. Add the cream and the whisky. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat to reduce depending on requirement.
Serving suggestions: Quartered Capsicum and Cherry Tomatoes.
